Dawson's Creek, a teen drama which starred James Van Der Beek featured Meredith in two episodes. In the TV series Hollywood Heights she played Lisa Sanders. Her introduction to acting was by her mother around her age eight. She married in 2017. Her mother had introduced her to the world of acting when she was only eight years old. She got married to Patton Oswalt in 2017.. Jessie James Decker........................Born Jessica Rose James, Decker's somewhat exotic birthplace was a product of her being raised in a military family. In the year she turned nine, her family was living in Louisiana which was where she took home in a regional talent show with an original version of Patsy Montana's "I Want to Be A Cowboy's Sweetheart. Decker had moved to Georgia when she reached the age of 15. Decker had begun writing songs and made regular trips to Nashville in search of recording deals. The representative of the label that was independent Big Yellow Dog Records heard her when she was 17 and began selling her songs to various labels. Decker was 17 when she snagged the attention of a representative from Big Yellow Dog Records, who started selling her tracks to label and artist. Then, in August of 2009 she dropped her first album self-titled under the name Jessie James. Jessie James had a moderately success debut record. Wanted, a song that was on the album made it to the Top 40 singles chart. Decker had always been known as a Country artist, however the album made and was promoted for a pop audience. Decker struggled with her label to have more control of her music following two previous singles did not succeed. Her next release, Boys in the Summer was more influenced by country music. Decker's second album announced with the title Daughter of a Gypsy or Sweet American Dreams was shelved by Mercury and after three singles fared poorly in the charts of country music. Decker was let go of her contract.
